I had a great time celebrating my new year. To me, it’s not
so much of ‘celebrating’ for the sake of celebrating only. New Year’s
represents a clean slate for the year. You get a chance to perfect whatever you’ve
done wrong in the previous year and move on towards greater things.
I welcomed 12.00 am, 1st January 2013 with my
partner in the car, stayed in the car watching fireworks over Sunway Pyramid
from the highway. Nothing big, but with him, things are always fun and
exciting. Before that we had a small dinner do with our friends.
And the family lunched together to celebrate my brother’s birthday and welcoming the new year. Good food and good company, that’s all we need : )
